PTI announces moving to Supreme Court
Soon after the contentious ruling was declared, PTI leader Asad Umar tweeted that the party would approach the Supreme Court tonight.
Meanwhile, political leaders protested outside Chaudhary Shujaat’s house in Lahore, intonation slogans of “lota, lota” (turncoat).
Similarly, PTI chief Imran Khan addressed his supporters via video link and urged individuals to carry out peaceful protests across the country against the Punjab Assembly deputy speaker ruling to discard the votes of PML-Q lawmakers within the chief minister election.
