Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice president Maryam Nawaz has aforesaid on Saturday that the party won’t settle for “one-sided” choices of the Supreme Court when the supreme court allowed party leader Hamza Shahbaz to stay as a “trustee” Punjab chief minister until Monday.

Earlier on Friday, Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker Dost Mohammad Mazari had declared Hamza the winner of the chief minister’s election when rejecting ten votes of the PML-Q lawmakers, citing party head Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain’s letter, instructed party members to give their votes in favor of Hamza.

Saturday, a three-member bench of the high court, comprising Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Ijazul Ahsan, and Justice Munib Akhter, detected the petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate and PML-Q leader Parvez Elahi against Hamza’s success in the election.

The court aforesaid that Hamza would work by the law and work as trustee Chief minister and therefore the Constitution till consecutive hearing on Monday, adding that the PML-N leader isn’t allowed to use his power as chief minister in any method that will profit him in person.
Responding to the court’s judgment, Maryam tweeted on Saturday that amid pressure due to tyrannize, ultimatum, disorderly conduct, and exploitation, if the court makes specific choices via the same bench and negates itself, negates its own choices, puts its weight behind one facet then don’t expect us to bow our heads before such one-sided choices. Enough is enough!.

She told that this political uncertainty begins with the high court’s call on Article 63-A, and also said that it made an “arbitrary interpretation” of the Constitution to not count the MPAs that voted willingly.
She additionally said that a substitutional elucidation is being created so that constant favorite, who took it earlier, may take benefits again! Not agreed.
