Prime Minister Meeting:
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif chair a high level here meeting on Sunday in regards to arrangements for Eid-ul-Adha and the neatness campaign during the Eid days.
Special Asst to Chief Minister Punjab Khawaja Ahmed Hassan, Chief Secretary Punjab, Additional Chief Secretary Punjab, Inspector General Punjab Police, Commissioner Lahore, and officials of provincial and local organization attended the meeting.
The PM was given a detail briefing in regards to the plans for cleanliness in Punjab during Eid-ul-Adha.
PM instructed the department to keep the machinery for cleaning operation during shifts and esure the process to lift animal waste from the doorsteps .
Animal Centers:
Keeping in view accommodation of people, animal purchasing centers should be established and hygienic condition should be ensured at these places so the public could be saved from plagues including Covid and dengue, he added.
Prime Minister Instructed that a shuttle service should be operated to facilitate the people visiting animal purchase centers and protective measures against the Coved-19 should also be taken.
